Draw Information
- All games including championship round games are 8 ends
- All games will be played under the current rules of the Canadian Curling
Association for unsupervised play, with the exception that individual ends and scoring of each game
will be played under Skins format (see separate sheet).
Event Format:
- 20 Teams
- Round Robin Format, 4 Pools of 5 Teams
- Top 2 Teams from each pool will qualify for the championship round, and
the order of ranking in a pool is decided by the following criteria (in
order):
- Number of Wins in the Round Robin
- Total amount of Skins Money won in the Round Robin
- Amount of Skins Money won in RR games between teams still determined to
be tied
- Shoot-out (as per separate sheet)
- There will be skins money available in every game and will be
allocated per end as follows:

- After the round robin, 1st place teams in pools will be ranked 1-4, and
2nd place teams will be ranked 5-8 based on total amount of skins money won in the round robin
- Quarter-Finals will then have 1 vs 8, 4 vs 5, 3 vs 6 & 2 vs 7, note that 2
teams from the same pool cannot play each other in the quarter-finals, if this
occurs after initial ranking, the 2nd place team will switch games with the
next lower rank until rectified. If there are no lower ranked teams to switch with, the
next higher ranked team up to 4th may be switched.
- Championship Round Bonus Money:
- Quarter-Finalists (4): $800
- Semi-Finalists (2): $900
- Runner-Up: $1,200
- Champion: $1,600
Spare Usage Rules:
- Any player registered with a team in this event can NOT spare for any other team at any time
- Anyone not registered with a team for this event may:
- spare as many times as they wish for any number of teams during the round robin
- spare ONLY for ONE team (as many times as they wish) during the championship round
- A team must play with at least 2 players registered with the team at all times
